KMS Games is an original English ‘Jubensha’ murder mystery social deduction game creator which started in 2021, based on the ‘Jubensha’ craze in East Asia. Designed in Singapore, our games involve players roleplaying as murder suspects and working together to analyse evidence and deduce the murderer hidden amongst them.

A dead professor. A suicide note. A laboratory of death.

At the peak of his career, Professor Wee Thaim Soon, assistant dean of the Chemistry Department at SUN University was found dead in the lab, leaving behind a suicide message posted on the university’s sub reddit forum.

However, the circumstance surrounding his death leave much more to be investigated. Why would this world renowned scientist take his own life? Could this be a red herring to cover up a skilfully plotted murder? Put your deductive prowess to the test to unravel the mystery.

MELODY OF WAVES

ECOTECH is a research organisation that investigates climate threats and mysteries. One day, a spine-chilling nursery rhyme - “The Melody of Waves” - begins to play within ECOTECH, with lyrics resembling a doomsday prophecy. In the midst of this turmoil, the CEO of ECOTECH arranges an internal meeting with some of the organisation’s key stakeholders. As the staff arrives at the conference room, they discover the CEO’s dead body.Released 22 February 2023 for a limited public run at Singapore Discovery Centre.Released 28 July 2023 as a video series on YouTube in partnership with Ministries of Defence and Home Affairs. If a tree falls in a forest and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound?

The year is 2015. Deep within the Nozama rainforest, the uncontacted Nozama Tribe is a society obscured from modern civilisation. Among the tribe’s unique customs and beliefs is its reverence for the Monkey Spirit, an all-powerful force believed to bring both fortune and punishment. Recently, mysterious events have spread fear throughout the tribe, as more of its members suffer from what they believe to be the Monkey Spirit’s curse.

On the night of the tribe’s ritual to worship the Monkey Spirit, the tribespeople discover their leader’s lifeless body bearing claw-like marks across his back – the unmistakable signs of the Monkey Spirit’s wrath.

Did the Monkey Spirit exact vengeance, or is there a more sinister human scheme at play? As shadows lengthen and suspicion mounts, the secret behind the leader’s death waits to be uncovered.

EXPERIENCED BY OVER 400 ATTENDEES AT PAX UNPLUGGED 2024

A group of game enthusiasts are invited to playtest a brand new game. During the game, all the players lose their memory. A player is found dead and no one can remember what happened. All the game instructions say is, “You have one goal in this game: escape. If you do not escape, it’s GAME OVER.”
